Day Two. April 19, 2007

I did much better today, saying this as I nibble on some trans fat free oyster crackers and bottle of water.

Breakfast – stayed on track, lunch I had a veggie wrap with turkey and lettuce, and a bottle of water. Then just a salad for dinner, and now the crackers. I had only one diet coke today – YEAH!

I also did a lot of walking just out and about and stayed very busy today. Tomorrow will be extremely busy as I am taking the kiddos to Six Flags with my sister. So that will be a lot of walking and fun, but tough passing by the Ice Cream Dots and Funnel Cake stands.

Right now, I am going to use up the rest of the daylight and take a walk – just me and my iPod!

    I started my blog with a focus like this as well. I’m to week 5 and have lost 8 lbs. Forty-two to go. Ugh. I’m having fun with it though, and am satisfied with my loss so far. I’m looking for about 2 lbs. a week, but I’ll take one.
