I think that the gloomy weather has changed my mood, and I am feeling well… just a bit lazy, and not very inspired to exercise.
I planted some Pansy’s yesterday, and did a little walking. But the walking was minimum, just under a mile to school and back to pick up the kiddos.
I want to jump start a new exercise program today with some exercise ball work this morning, and then at least my standard 3 mile walk this afternoon. I sure hope the weather holds out.
I need to get moving.
I wonder why I don’t like to get outside and really work up a nice walking routine when it looks all gloomy outside. I hate that the weather affects my overall mood so much – ugh.
Maybe I need to move to Hawaii!
OH I agree – living in Hawaii I’d exercise every day just to see the wonderful scenery!
Exercise is not my favorite thing either — but I manage to get 4 or 5 days of it a week UGH! I am very picky about the weather – can’t be to hot, can’t be to cold – so I usually use my stationary bike. Lady Rose (70ish lost so far, 70ish more to go!)

While I TRY to fit in some form of exercise everyday – it is so much easier when it is about 75 degrees, warm and sunny outside. I hate to work out indoors. I got rid of all my exercise equipment last year! The only thing I have left is my open floor (great for dancing and stretching) and my exercise ball.
