		<description>The ones I make are based on 200-250ml low fat milk, a banana and then a small handful of frozen fruit - they come in different combinations, I have &#039;forest fruits&#039; and &#039;tropical&#039; at the mo. 
I&#039;d also recommend substituting a Muller Light yoghurt (do you have those in the US ?) instead of the banana and milk, trying to pick a fruit that goes nicely with the flavour of the yoghurt.
I got a juicer for my birthday, which was a surprise, so I&#039;m going to try that out at some point. The shopping delivery turned up with an extra kilogram of carrots - free !) so I guess I&#039;ve go the basis of some healthy drinks already !</description>

While I TRY to fit in some form of exercise everyday - it is so much easier when it is about 75 degrees, warm and sunny outside. I hate to work out indoors. I got rid of all my exercise equipment last year! The only thing I have left is my open floor (great for dancing and stretching) and my exercise ball.</description>

		<description>OH I agree - living in Hawaii I&#039;d exercise every day just to see the wonderful scenery!  :)     Exercise is not my favorite thing either -- but I manage to get 4 or 5 days of it a week UGH!    I am very picky about the weather - can&#039;t be to hot, can&#039;t be to cold - so I usually use my stationary bike.     Lady Rose (70ish lost so far, 70ish more to go!)</description>

		<description>Congratulations ! I lost 2lbs this week too - am very relieved as I had a bad day Sunday (could NOT stop eating).
3lbs a week weight loss is a lot to keep up. Are you sure you want to aim that high ? If you were much heavier, it may be easier, but as you&#039;re not that overweight, it will be a lot more difficult. Just be careful !</description>
